Behind the shop

Dorihub is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.

Everything here — the website itself, its advertising and Google Ads campaigns, the buying, selling, shipping, warranty and payment collection — is run by one company: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.

• Built this website and runs it.
• Runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns that bring visitors, and holds and pays for the advertising accounts.
• Buys the goods it sells and owns the stock.
• Takes each order, confirms it by phone, sends it out and collects payment on delivery.
• Handles returns, refunds and the 24-month guarantee.
• Is the controller of the personal data collected on the site.
